To Old Friends and New Friends

This year has been the most amazing yet.  We've had tragedy and sorrow, but, in the midst of it all, I stop and think of all those people with whom I have become acquainted just in the past 12 months.  I am grateful for all of them , for all the experiences we 've shared, the new things we've all tried, and the fun we've had.  Age makes no difference in the quality of those new relationships - it may even make things better.  To my family, my children, my husband, and all my new friends, happy holidays, keep an eye on my blog and my shops - the New Year will bring some amazing inspiration and more artwork than in the past.

A Weekend of Fun and Art

Nephew Pat got married this weekend, which meant a gob of family in town.  At the same time, this frustrated artist took up residence in the Gateway Theatre Complex for the day on Saturday, to vend her wares.  Here are some of the pix from the weekend.  Enjoy!!

What to do with all this new technology

Now I have a blogspot, and now I must decide how to put it all together, to show you what I am, who I am, and what I do.  This is my last evening of vacation time this week, my nephew is married, my mother and brother are back in Sedona, my niece has helpfully disrupted family peace, and it's time to go back to work in the morning. Through cold, ice, snow, and unfriendly environs, I will tread...

This week before Christmas will be one of reconstruction of my arts and crafts storage, and the beginnings of this new tool, the blogspot.  Keep a lookout for me, as I will be forging new paths through this maze!!!
